  2. receiving a rent supplement from Housing;

  3. receiving a mortgage subsidy from Housing (if you are applying for the youth scholarship, your legal guardian's signature must appear on the mortgage document; if you are applying for an adult scholarship, your signature must appear on the mortgage document); or

  4. living in Co-op housing or Community-Based housing which is being subsidized by Newfoundland Labrador Housing (if you are applying for the youth scholarship, your legal guardian's signature must appear on the occupancy agreement or lease; if you are applying for an adult scholarship, your signature must appear on the occupancy agreement or lease).
